Conference Registration & Hotel Booking

Conference registration is required before booking a hotel room in Nareit's negotiated group block. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to book your hotel online through Staged Right Events, Nareit's housing partner.

Group Rate & Deadlines

Reservations must be made by Monday, Oct. 19, 2026, to receive the group rateof $285 per night, plus taxes and applicable fees. Rooms under the Nareit group rate are subject to availability.

Important Reservation Policies

If a hotel room is reserved but the individual is not registered for the conference, the hotel reservation will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Deposit Requirements

A one-night, non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of the reservation request.

Cancellation Policy

A one-night, non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations of additional room nights (not the entire reservation) must be made at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid room and tax penalties, which will be charged to the credit card on file.
