Hotel Reservation Policy
You must register for the conference to access the Nareit room block. Your conference registration confirmation email will include the link to book a hotel room online through Nareit’s housing partner, Staged Right Events. If a hotel room is reserved, but the individual is not registered for the conference, the hotel reservation will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. If you have questions regarding the hotel, contact Lacey Rimoli-Wiesel. You can also reach Staged Right Events offices by calling 954-404-8252. Please do not contact the hotel directly. Guest check-in is 3:00 p.m. ET and check out is 12:00 p.m. ET. 

Nareit’s room block closes Friday, May 9. Reservations within the Nareit room block are subject to availability, therefore, you’re encouraged to register early. All room reservations will be charged a one-night, non-refundable deposit at the time of the reservation request.  

Hotel Cancellation Policy
Nareit requires a one-night, non-refundable deposit paid to the hotel at the time of reservation. To avoid a penalty, you must cancel any additional room nights at least 72 hours before arrival, otherwise additional room and tax penalties may apply and will be charged to the credit card on file. 

Changes to your hotel reservation can be made up to 72 hours before arrival. Contact Lacey Rimoli-Wiesel. All change requests are subject to room availability.
